Даже в Канаде нарушаются права работников. Поддержим Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW)

On paper Canada is a union-friendly country. Its constitution gives workers the right to collective bargaining, for example.

But Canadian governments rely on the country's courts taking months or years to hear a complaint that workers' rights are being violated. In the meantime, the violation continues.
That is what has happened to the 50,000 members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) who until recently were on strike. Under pressure from Amazon and other mail-dependent corporations, the Canadian government has legislated them all back to work. Both the union and individual workers face heavy penalties for continuing the strike.
Other unions have stepped in and are picketing post offices across the country in order to continue the struggle without exposing CUPW or postal workers to fines or jail time. Dozens have been arrested and six face serious charges.
Canadian governments need to learn that there is a price to be paid when the country's constitution is ignored and the right to strike is trampled on.
Send the Canadian Prime Minister a message. Tell Justin Trudeau that Canadians and the world know what his government has done and won't accept it. Tell the Canadian government to negotiate, not legislate!
